IP Today Ranks McDermott Among Top Patent Prosecution Law Firms

With a total of 1,497 patents issued in 2009, including 1,415 utility patents, McDermott placed 11th among 356 firms surveyed. Firms are ranked according to the number of utility patents issued in 2009 where the firm or individual is listed as the legal representative on the face of the registration.
