Private Clients Practice Enhanced with Newest Partner
CHICAGO — The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Domingo P. Such, III has joined the Firm’s Private Clients Department as a partner. Mr. Such, resident in the Firm’s Chicago office, concentrates on estate and business tax planning and related corporate, securities and business law matters. His practice is focused primarily on closely held businesses and their corporate transactions affecting closely held businesses, their owners and families, and the planning for succession of ownership of such entities during life and at death.
"Domingo’s experience, particularly working with family-owned businesses, will be a great complement to our well established, private clients practice," commented Quentin Heisler, head of the Firm’s Private Clients Department.
Mr. Such earned his J.D. cum laude from Loyola University Chicago and received his A.B. cum laude and M.B.A from Washington University. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a past chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Probate Practice Committee and is a current member of the American Bar, Asian American Bar and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Associations, as well as the Chicago Estate Planning Council. Mr. Such serves as director for private companies and not-for-profit corporations.
