IDT Acquires Interest in Telewest Communications
LONDON - McDermott Will & Emery advised IDT Corporation, a telecommunications group headquartered in New York, on the acquisition of a 24 percent interest in Telewest Communications PLC from Microsoft.
McDermott's legal team included corporate partners Nick Azis from the Firm's London office and Mark Selinger from the Firm's New York office.
