McDermott Advises Rawflow on the Series A Investment by Benchmark Capital
LONDON (2 August 2005) — The law firm of McDermott Will & Emery has advised Rawflow Inc. in a Series A venture capital investment by Benchmark Europe II LP, an affiliate of Benchmark Capital. Benchmark invested $4 million.
The transaction was structured through a Delaware corporation and governed by New York law. The deal went from signing the term sheet to closing in just two weeks.
Rawflow is a peer-to-peer technology based, streaming software company.
The McDermott Will & Emery London team was led by corporate partner Michael McFall. The New York team was led by corporate partner Joel Rubinstein.
