H.I.G. Capital, L.L.C. Acquires Flight Options, LLC
MIAMI (December 6, 2007) — McDermott Will & Emery represented H.I.G. Capital, L.L.C. in the acquisition, by its affiliate, of Flight Options, LLC, a leading private jet aviation company that serves its customers primarily through fractional ownership programs and its JetPASS pre-paid card plan, from Raytheon Company.
The McDermott acquisition team was led by Miami partner Harris Siskind and associate Jacqueline Hodes with assistance from Daniel Zucker, David DeYoe, Daphne Trotter, Gregg Fierman, Edward Christian, Jonathan Boyles, Stephen Miller, Sarah Brown, Andrea Hamilton, Joe Winterscheid and Ben Wolkov.
