The Brussels practice provides a central focus for the competition, trade and regulatory services we provide to our international client base. We have a strong European presence and an excellent network of international contacts. Most of our lawyers have previous experience in the European Commission, Council or Parliament, and have the knowledge and experience to advise clients operating in a diverse range of industries. We have lawyers from ten Member States with languages covering virtually all of the EU. This, together with our offices in the US, allows us to supply a comprehensive, multi‑jurisdictional global service.
Our lawyers also provide legal counselling in commercial, corporate and tax matters to both Belgian public and private enterprises, as well as overseas clients and multinational enterprises with Belgian and European interests. They have extensive experience in handling complex and sophisticated international transactions, and also advise on issues arising from day-to-day operations.
