Our Compensation & Benefits Group prepares compensation and benefit programs and all required documentation. Benefits may include stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, performance shares, stock equivalents, deferred compensation, supplemental retirement benefits, and qualified pension, profit sharing, ESOP and 401(k) plans. In addition, we help design and document programs to provide health benefits, life insurance benefits, disability benefits, severance pay, and other similar fringe benefit arrangements.
