Our competition practice provides highly experienced representation to clients across a broad spectrum of competition issues in the Italian and European markets. Our legal services include merger notification to the Italian and EU antitrust authorities. Our lawyers also advise on competition issues related to abuse of dominant position, restrictive agreements, cartels, transactions leading to concentration, price and distribution practices, manufacturing controls and misleading advertising. We represent clients in all court and other proceedings, especially before the European Commission and Italian Antitrust Authority.
