Our lawyers conduct a full range of labor and employment litigation before U.S. federal and state trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. We regularly arbitrate and mediate all types of employment disputes, and we represent a wide variety of unionized employers in grievance arbitration, maintaining a union-free environment and in election and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Our litigation experience allows us to provide clients with a fully informed appreciation of the potential risks and exposures of their employment policies and decisions. We are regularly involved in all forms of litigation including: civil trials in matters involving individual wrongful discharge, ERISA, employment discrimination, related employment torts, enforcement of or defending against non-competition clauses, as well as labor injunction proceedings and administrative proceedings before equal employment opportunity enforcement agencies, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.
