Our Financial Institutions Services Group focuses its practice on the representation of U.S., UK and international banks in all aspects of their commercial, transactional and regulatory business. Several members of our Group have served as in-house counsel at major banks and with key regulatory bodies such as the Federal Reserve Board. Our Financial Institutions Services Group is fully integrated within and supported by the Firm's Finance Practice, comprised of more than 60 lawyers with recognized experience in all areas of banking and finance.
Our clients include U.S. domestic banks (money-centers, regionals and locals), international banks and their U.S. branches, agencies and representative offices, commercial finance companies and related subsidiaries, including securities affiliates, investment banks, leading multilateral financial institutions, institutional and other non-bank investors, asset-based lenders, factors, securities firms, credit card companies, mortgage bankers, consumer and commercial finance companies, and their holding companies and affiliates.
