Our lawyers focused on financial institutions and commercial banking activities represent U.S., UK and international banks in all aspects of their commercial, transactional and regulatory business. Several members of our Group have served as in-house counsel at major banks and with key regulatory bodies such as the Federal Reserve Board. Our Financial Institutions Services Group is fully integrated within and supported by the Firm's Finance Practice, comprised of more than 60 lawyers with recognized experience in all areas of banking and finance.
