Private Equity
Our practice advises both sources of capital - private equity funds and investment banks - and companies on their financing activities. We also work with emerging growth companies predominantly in the software, internet, life sciences and data services sectors. We have significant experience in assisting clients on exit events, including trade sales, strategic investments and IPOs and the related public company reporting and securities trading issues. We also act for buyers in M&A transactions in this sector.
Corporate Reorganisations
We have a particular expertise in corporate reorganizations. We believe that our ability to leverage our extensive European and US company law knowledge and experience, along with our recognised global tax practice, adds value to any reorganisation on which we work. In addition, we have an extensive track record advising on tax mitigation structures in relation to income derived from intangible assets. We regularly advise on the following:

- Winding-up of existing loss-making operations
