The Firm’s Private Placement Group includes practitioners with more than 20 years of international private placement experience. Members of the Group routinely act as special counsel representing institutional lenders, large and medium-sized insurance companies, pension funds, banks and capital companies, in connection with the direct placement of corporate securities for debt, equity, lease, project, and credit tenant loan financings. Our lawyers also represent institutional investors in connection with the restructuring and workout of both U.S. and cross border private placements transactions.
