AIDS Legal Council of Chicago – The AIDS Legal Council of Chicago advocates on behalf of the legal rights of individuals in the metropolitan Chicago area affected by HIV. 

Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic – Cabrini Green Legal Aid provides free legal services in the areas of family law; housing law; criminal law; and expungement, sealing and clemency.

CASA of Cook County – Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County assists abused and neglected children involved in the Juvenile Court and foster care system of Cook County.

Catholic Charities - Legal Assistance and Resource Center – Catholic Charities offers clients basic legal advice and referral services via a telephone hotline and in person

Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) – CDEL is a nonprofit organization that works to advance the legal rights of low-income individuals with disabilities and senior citizens in Cook County. 

Center on Halsted
– The Center on Halsted’s Legal Referral Program refers members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community to lawyers with experience in a wide variety of civil and criminal legal issues.

Center on Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern University School of Law – The Center on Wrongful Convictions focuses on rectifying wrongful convictions and other serious miscarriages of justice. 

Chicago Coalition for the Homeless (CCH)
– CCH advocates to prevent and end homelessness by addressing root causes, such as the lack of affordable housing, the lack of living-wage jobs, the lack of health care, discrimination and violence.

Chicago Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law, Inc. – The Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law, Inc.’s mission is to enforce fair housing laws and preserve affordable housing; advocate for the rights of children and victims of hate crimes; and provide legal support to community-based organizations, entrepreneurs creating businesses in disadvantaged communities and first-time low-income home buyers.

Chicago Legal Clinic, Inc. – The Chicago Legal Clinic is a nonprofit organization providing civil legal services to low-income individuals living in South Chicago, Pilsen and Austin. 

Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation – Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation's volunteers represent low-income individuals in Chicago in family law, consumer law, probate, tort, government benefits and immigration cases.

Children and Family Justice Center (CFJC) of the Bluhm Legal Clinic at Northwestern University School of Law – Through CFJC, law students, under the supervision of lawyers and clinical professors, represent children on matters of delinquency and crime, family violence, school discipline, health and disability, and immigration and asylum.

Community Economic Development Law Project
– The Community Economic Development Law Project is dedicated to assisting community-based organizations and entrepreneurs with their neighborhood revitalization efforts by providing legal services in the areas of  tax, corporate, real estate and finance counsel.

Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS)
– CARPLS’s Legal Aid Hotline assists low-income families with everyday legal problems in the areas of housing, employment, education, divorce, guardianships, consumer law, injuries to person or property, and public benefits.

Equality Illinois Equality Illinois seeks to obtain, protect and defend equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Illinois.

Equip for Equality – Equip for Equality represents children and adults with physical and mental disabilities in Illinois.

Family Defense Center – The Family Defense Center defends families treated unfairly by state child protection agencies.

Health and Disability Advocates (HDA) – HDA advocates for the rights of children, people with disabilities and the elderly by strengthening federal and state programs, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Medicare and Medicaid.

Howard Brown – Howard Brown protects and supports gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons through the provision of health care and wellness programs.

Ladder Up – Ladder Up is a volunteer organization that assists low income persons in the Chicago community complete their federal and state tax returns. 

Lawyers for the Creative Arts (LCA) – LCA provides individuals and organizations in the arts with legal advice regarding corporate formation and operation; tax exemptions; registration and protection of intellectual property; contract development and negotiation; and landlord/tenant, collections, disputes and immigration issues.

Legal Assistance Foundation (LAF) of Metropolitan Chicago – LAF provides civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Cook County. 

Loyola Civitas ChildLaw Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law – Through the Loyola Civitas ChildLaw Clinic, law students represent children in child protection or delinquency cases or in custody and visitation proceedings.

Metropolitan Family Services – Metropolitan Family Services’ Legal Aid Bureau protects victims of domestic violence and the elderly against abuse and financial exploitation.

Micah Legal Aid – Micah Legal Aid, a partnership between the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago and the New Community Covenant Church, provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of the Logan Square and surrounding areas of Chicago. 

National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) – NIJC provides legal services to and advocates for immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers through policy reform, impact litigation and public education.

Uptown People's Law Center – The Uptown People’s Law Center serves the legal needs of Chicago's Uptown neighborhood in the areas of housing, social security/disability benefits and prisoners' rights.
