McDermott Will & Emery's Employment Group will be hosting their first breakfast seminar of the year on Thursday 28 January 2010.
They will be reflecting on the past year’s events and looking forward to 2010 and the challenges it will bring, particularly in the event of a potential change of Government.  The seminar will focus on important employment topics playing a key role in your business including:

• The radical change in discrimination law in 2009
• Looking ahead:
  • Will the Equality Act happen?
  • What else does Europe want changed in discrimination law?
• All change at the top?
  • How could the general election affect employment law? A look at the (pre) manifestos
