Overview
Isabelle R. Cunningham focuses her practice on regulatory matters, particularly in the area of alcohol and distribution.
Isabelle concentrates her work on tied house law, alcohol distribution issues, franchise law, alcohol advertising, and commercial agreements related to the production, sale and marketing of alcohol products. Additionally, Isabelle advises in-house teams on trade practice issues, new product launches, pre-market label review and wholesaler relations. As an in-house attorney, Isabelle advised senior leadership on supplier’s rights under distribution agreements, wholesaler consolidation efforts and the termination of wholesaler contracts. Isabelle also negotiated commercial agreements related to the marketing and promotion of alcohol products.
Isabelle has an extensive research background with a heavy emphasis on TTB, FDA, FTC and other food/beverage regulations, including issues related to bringing new and novel products to market.

- Assisted a senior leadership team managing the Boston Beer and Dogfish Head merger, including nationwide wholesaler consolidation efforts
