Paola Perin focuses her practice on commercial corporate compliance and data protection matters. She advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of both domestic and international commercial contracts (including public tender procedures), on GDPR and corporate compliance, including administrative and criminal liability of legal entities, companies and associations, as per l.d. 231/2001. She holds the role of Organismo di Vigilanza (surpervisory body) in various companies.

Prior to joining McDermott, she was Head of Legal Affairs at a company developing, constructing and managing the new gas pipeline connecting Algeria to Sardinia and Tuscany, where she assisted in the implementation of the firm’s legal structure, relevant legal procedures and coordinated relevant public tenders. She also spent time at a reputable Italian law firm.
