International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Partner Michael Morgan has been named to the Daily Journal’s Top Cyber Lawyers list in 2022. This marks the third year in which Mike has been honored with the recognition.
As US head of the Firm’s Global Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group, Mike has guided clients through some of the largest and most complex data breaches, including those involving more than 50 million records, affecting persons in over 100 countries and containing sensitive defense-related information. He counsels clients on compliance with US and international regulations relating to cybersecurity and data privacy, such as compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and China’s Network Security Law.
