International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that London-based partner Aymen Mahmoud and co-head of its London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group, has been named in Global Restructuring Review’s (GRR) 40 Under 40 listing in 2022. Aymen’s practice focuses on complex debt financing transactions and restructurings for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, corporate borrowers and issuers and other financial institutions. His experience includes acting in respect of direct lending, leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border syndicated senior, second lien and mezzanine lending, distressed debt trading, portfolio acquisitions, emerging markets and other debt securities, including high-yield debt offerings.
