ATLANTA (OCTOBER 18, 2023) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce Atlanta-based Associate Jennifer Hill has been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40 in Georgia” by The National Black Lawyers.
Jennifer focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She routinely reviews qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and employment agreements, and equity compensation to ensure conformity with Section 409A, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act.
