Mike Piazza commented on areas where the Securities and Exchange Commission will likely focus in the new year. “If a company thinks that because we have Clayton and the new administration that they’re going to go a little easier on companies for FCPA violations, I would suggest they might want to revisit that thinking,” Piazza said. “It’s still a very vital part of SEC enforcement.”
