Todd Millman* guides clients through all phases of the origination, marketing, and fundraising process for investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. He has more than 25 years of institutional equity and research experience from his time at investment banking and broker/dealer firms, as well as substantial fundraising experience.
Todd previously served in a strategy and client relations role at a Big Law firm. He was also a member of its Private Investment & Family Office Practice Group, where he focused on structuring traditional and alternative family office vehicles, management carry programs, key employee coinvest vehicles, and cash management systems to support the cash flow needs of families and their investment vehicles.
Before he switched to Big Law, Todd was a managing director for a global investment and advisory firm, as well as head of business development and a Management Committee member for its global asset management and investment advisory division. He led the distribution, marketing and events, and client relationship management teams and served as a product specialist for a web-based platform that had up to 50 hedge fund managers and several fund-of-funds.
Todd’s clients include Andreesen Horowitz (a16z), B1 Capital Partners, Dynasty Equity Partners, Longview Asset Management, and US Bank (formerly known as Union Bank/HighMark Capital Management).
