Stephen Kranz commented on Missouri’s decision to treat global intangible low-taxed income as a dividend for purposes of the state’s corporate income tax. “We are pleased at the approach taken by the Missouri DOR and hope that other states follow this approach in issuing guidance,” Kranz said.
