Alison Nadel and Emre Ilter wrote part one of a two-part bylined article on how New York’s Rule 11-b will ease the burden of preparing privilege logs in commercial cases that generate thousands of entries. “Among other significant changes, the new rule encourages logging groups of documents collectively based on categories rather than logging each document individually,” which “has the potential to significantly alter the privilege log process,” the authors wrote.
