William Gaede, Sarah Columbia, Katherine Nicole Clouse and Eric Hagen were among the lawyers representing Amgen in a request for a Federal Circuit en banc rehearing of a decision that revived a challenge to its patents for the anti-cholesterol drug Repatha. A three-judge panel of the court struck down a lower court ruling upholding Repatha’s patents.
