Marco Cerritelli led a Milan office project finance, corporate and tax team that advised Ubi Bank and the Institute for Sports Credit in a nearly € 25 million project financing for the new Bergamo Municipal Stadium, to be used by the Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio club. The deal team included Anna Vesco, Viola Panunzio, Giulia Alessio and Mario Martinelli for one of the first applications of project finance techniques to sports stadiums.
