Stephen Ryan secured dismissal of all charges against a former Pentagon official who was charged with government contract irregularities. Mr. Ryan, citing his client’s two traumatic brain injuries suffered in combat as a Marine and an unrelated brain tumor, said “I think it would have killed him” to go to trial, but now ““this is behind him … he’s very happy.”
