Marc Sorini was counsel for Great Lakes Brewing Co. as the Sixth District Court reversed a lower court’s grant of an injunction to Southern Glazer’s in a suit claiming the supplier unlawfully terminated them after Southern Wine & Spirits merged with Glazer’s. The reversal allows Great Lakes to immediately cease its supply of beer to Southern Glazer’s.
