McDermott Will & Emery has added a new acquisition finance partner in London with a hire from CMS Cameron McKenna. Peter Crichton joins the corporate and transactional practice group at the US firm. He specialises in syndicated, leveraged and structured finance. The move is also McDermott’s second London hire in less than a month after the firm added restructuring partner Alan Gar to its ranks in late April from Simmons & Simmons
