Daniel Martinobserved that there are few answers to the many questions being asked about tax reform and the possible elimination of Dodd-Frank and other financial regulations. On the latter issue Mr. Martin noted: “Financial regulations and stricter lending control actually worked. The loans are better loans on more conservative terms on better properties” than before the financial crisis.”
