Daniel Martin said the challenge in the current real estate market is that “in a nutshell, cap rates are going down” because “there’s more money searching for the same deals essentially.” That money comes from both US and offshore investors, and Mr. Martin continued that “as cap rates go down, those deals become less attractive.”
