James Kim led a team of lawyers whose amicus brief for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association supported a temporary injunction to halt President Trump’s Executive Order restricting immigration into the US. “Asian-Pacific Americans have a distinct experience through our history that should be reflected upon in the evaluation of the current Executive Order [and] the animus behind the issuance of the order,” Mr. Kim said.
