Ian Schwartz cited “an exciting growth energy here in New York” as he became a partner in the Firm’s New York office from another major law firm. Mr. Schwartz primarily focuses on the formation of private equity funds while counseling clients on a variety of investment strategies, including buyouts, real estate and infrastructure, and noted that with his arrival, “Not only can we be the place that [clients] bring their exciting, sophisticated transactions, but where they can also bring their fund formation work.”
