ADL Welcomes Virginia Court Decision Enjoining Parts of the Executive Order on Immigration

Joshua David Rogaczewski, per the formal court decision, served as pro bono amicus counsel in Virginia to the Anti-Defamation League. The US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia responded to the ADL’s challenge to President Trump’s Executive Order on immigration and refugees by issuing a preliminary injunction, barring the implementation of portions of the order in Virginia.
