Nicole Jantzi and Paul Schoenhard, who at their previous firm represented clients in proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the U.S International Trade Commission and in federal court, have joined the Washington office as partners. Ms. Jantzi said they are “excited to work to expand [client] relationships … with McDermott’s platform,” while Mr. Schoenhard noted that they “each bring to the table many of the same central skills, but different perspectives and different individual capabilities.”
