Overview
Ira Coleman, as McDermott’s new Chair, expressed his vision that the Firm can “be the Bruce Springsteens of law.” Mr. Coleman explained that, despite his success, Springsteen “wants to get better every day. He has a passion for it. And that’s what we do —that’s what makes us great. We don’t rest on our laurels, we don’t coast. We want to practice every day and be the best we can.” Mr. Coleman assumes his new role on January 1, 2017.
