Overview
Lisa Linsky was profiled among 2016 “Lawyers Who Lead by Example” for her public service work. Ms. Linsky, who began as a public prosecutor of cases involving battered women, the elderly and sex crime victims, uses her experience to help those in need with the justice system, especially members of the LGBTQ community. “McDermott is a big believer in pro bono,” Ms. Linsky said of her work for numerous LGBTQ rights organizations and for gay and lesbian asylum seekers. She is McDermott’s first partner-in-charge of firm-wide diversity.
