Darren Azman explained that client Honeywell International’s request to examine court records identifying claimants in asbestos personal injury lawsuits involves documents that “have already been produced in a redacted form. They’re on file with the Western District of Pennsylvania. There’s no need for a special discovery master. There’s no need for somebody to do that work because it’s already been done.” Also representing Honeywell are Peter Sacripanti and John Calandra.
