McDermott acted as outsidecounsel as Israel-based networking company Radware Ltd won a jury infringement verdict against rival F5 Networks, said of a court’s grant of a permanent injunction against F5’s sale of infringing products. Fabio Marino was quoted as saying, “We appreciate the court’s decision on the injunction that will finally put an end to F5’s infringement of these patents.” He added his belief that such previous conduct by F5 can give rise to enhanced damages.
