Byron Kalogerou, co-author of a book on legal project management, explained that such techniques can help clients and law firms work together on major transactions. Mr. Kalogerou said that by using project management in a deal for “the planning on the front end — the scoping, the basic discussions that take place early on, allocating the right resources — both in-house and external can truly return value to the relationship and in fact reinforce more enduring relationships between law firms and their clients.”
