James Ross, speaking on the tax implications of the UK’s Brexit, said “the message that we are sending at the moment is very much no change — keep calm, wait, and see what happens.” Mr. Ross continued that, for multinational tax planning, “in terms of the corporate tax analysis, a lot of the impact of EU membership is very much at the margins.”
