Overview
Edward (Jed) Gordon, has left another major law firm to join McDermott as a partner in the Boston office. Mr. Gordon handles a variety of transactional work for clients, including conducting due diligence, licensing negotiations, and freedom to operate analyses for acquisition and investment in public and private companies.
