Terrence Dee said “no one should get too excited” about a study purporting to show that an electronic fitness device’s heart rate readings are inaccurate, especially “since it was commissioned by the lawyers who have sued” the device’s maker. Mr. Dee continued that such a study “has to be reviewed by the scientific community and judged on its scientific merit, including independent efforts to replicate the results.” Read the full article.
