Lionel Lesur described a new France Competition Agency policy of publicizing so-called “dawn raid” enforcement actions as important and positive. Although the policy does not eliminate unfairness completely, it reduces the advantage companies which have been searched enjoy over their competitors in terms of applying for leniency, Mr. Lesur added.
