Lisa O’Neill was recognized for her “challenging and busy first year” with McDermott in London as a partner handling major energy matters. That included advising leading energy clients on issues and transactions in some 20 global jurisdictions, such as Shell’s complex sale of its liquid petroleum gas (LPG) businesses, as well as oil and gas exploration company RWE Dea’s $10 billion development agreement with the Egyptian government.
