Mark Pearlstein, addressing the First Circuit’s revival of a qui tam lawsuit against a mental health center that had been dismissed by the district court, said that his client “strongly denies any allegation that it submitted false bills and expects to prevail at the trial of this case” because the center “provided appropriate care and treatment to its patients.” Laura McLane and Evan Panich also represent the center along with Mr. Pearlstein.
