Peter Sacripanti, James Pardo, Stephen Riccardulli and Lisa Gerson represent several major oil companies among a number of others in Puerto Rico’s multidistrict litigation alleging groundwater pollution from a gasoline additive. The federal judge in the case granted two motions for summary judgment by the defendants, finding that Puerto Rico could not bring strict liability and negligence claims.
