McDermott was singled out in a diversity survey of the 10 largest Chicago law firms for the fact that, during the past decade, the Firm’s percentage of women partners (both equity and income) has risen to 33.5 percent this year from 25.6 percent 10 years ago. In addition, a full quarter of McDermott’s equity partners in Illinois are women.
