D.C.’s Rising Stars: Lisa Richman, Partner, McDermott Will & Emery

Lisa Richman was named a “D.C. Rising Star” recognizing lawyers under age 40 for significant legal accomplishments, which for Ms. Richman includes representing the Federal Republic of Germany in an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes controversy with Swedish and German energy companies over nuclear power plant regulation. Ms. Richman said she most enjoys working on “matters that have an impact on multiple layers in terms of relations between countries, politics and policy.”
