Stephen Ryan, who represents Martin County, Florida in litigation challenging the financing and building of the All Aboard Florida (AAF) high speed rail line between Miami and Orlando, rejected AAF’s contention that the litigation was timed to interfere with a bond offering for the project. Mr. Ryan said AAF’s attorney was making “serious threats based on completely inaccurate information and absurd assumptions.”
