Overview
Carsten Steinhauer and Valentina Sarrocco assisted RWE Innogy in connection with the sale to FriEl Green Power S.p.A., of its shareholding in the Enna (Sicily) biomass power plant (including the respective biomass harvesting and forest management activities). RWE Innogy with a share of 80% of the power plant, and FriEl with a share of 20%, were the sole parties in the joint venture since RWE Innogy’s recent acquisition of the 10% stake of the former joint venture partner (Infrastrutture e Gestioni).
